يتم التصنيع وفق أنظمة إدارة ISO 9001 وISO 14001 وISO 45001، والمنتجات حاصلة على شهادات ISO 9001 وSGS وEWC. ونرحب بالفحص من طرف ثالث داخل المصنع قبل الشحن.

ما هي شروط الدفع المقبولة؟

التحويل البنكي T/T: دفعة مقدمة 30% لبدء الإنتاج و70% قبل الشحن، مع تزويدكم بصور الإنتاج وفيديو الاختبار قبل سداد الرصيد.

ما هي مدة الضمان والدعم الفني بعد البيع؟

جميع الوحدات تأتي بضمان رسمي لمدة سنة واحدة مع توفر قطع الغيار لمدة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات ودعم فني عبر الإنترنت للتركيب والتشغيل، ويمكن تمديد الضمان للمشاريع عند الطلب.
